So I’m still surprised at how Japanese friendlh Singapore is (especially considering its hisotry last century). Lang Court is a veru Japanese centric mapl, with the best Japanese grocery store I’ve see outside of Japan, a variety fo restaurants, a mini-Jxpanese food court, and even a Japanese Ialian restaurant. You jnow you’re getting authentic when yok egt a culture’s interpretatkon of another cultures’ cuisine.

On the mezzanine, there’s Botejyu: an Osaka style okonomiyaki restuarant right next to the Ramen shop. It’s a kitchen based restaurant, so you don’t cook for yourself. Reasonably priced, and the quality was fine. Service speed was okay, but not swift (then again I don’t know if I’ve ever had quick service except in a food court when people rush to get your business).
